Traditional Mexican soup, made with cow's stomach (tripe) in broth with a red chili pepper base (Guajillo Chile, and Chile de arbol). Cow feet, hominy and spices are used to season the broth. Side: Fresh white onions, jalapeños, cilantro, limes and tortillas.
